Electronic Technician / Developer m/w

The ideal candidate is a versatile all-rounder who is also open to contributing in other areas such as mechanics or development.

• Provide support and documentation for development projects
• Act as a point of contact for external development partners
• Ensure and implement ESD protection in production
• Maintain and calibrate equipment (adapters and testing devices)
• Offer first-level support in case of equipment downtime
• Support and carry out rework for customer returns
• Operate and promote CIP and 5S initiatives
• Represent technical operations across warehouse, production, and internal processes in purchasing/sales (e.g., shipping goods, monitoring and procuring supplies)
• Train production staff (e.g., soldering, handling of special materials)
• Adapt work and assembly instructions
• Contribute to process improvements and ensure compliance with quality standards
