We use contact welding to electrically connect individual cells to form battery packs. The welded connections are durable and suitable for heavy-duty use.
TEFAG undertakes the assembly of special components or individual THT components. We solder manually according to IPC. Automatic SMD and THT assembly using various soldering processes takes place within the Demmel Group at our 3 locations in Germany or at other suppliers worldwide. Depending on the quantity and complexity, we select the appropriate production site and organize the production.

Every product is 100% tested for function and quality at TEFAG. The final electrical test usually also includes the necessary calibration steps and programming of microcontrollers. Our employees are also trained in final visual inspection. This is important when it comes to visible parts with high quality requirements.
